Your video
Our crew films your ritual at the temple and live streams it when the mountain network allows. When it finishes, we email you the full video to download. You’ll also find it under My events, and you can download it anytime.
If snow, a landslide or heavy rain cuts the network, the video may take longer. We tell you on WhatsApp and by email, and upload it as soon as our crew is back in the studio.
On the day, light a lamp at home if you like and sit quietly at the scheduled time — the sankalp is recited at the altar for every devotee whether or not you are watching.
What the ritual’s status means
Every page reads the ritual’s status from the same clock, checkout included:
Upcoming — before the scheduled start.
In progress — the temple’s pujari is performing the ritual.
Completed — the ritual is done; your video follows by email.
Cancelled — the ritual was cancelled; request your full refund with your UPI transaction number.
Bookings stay open for about 15 minutes after the scheduled start. After that, checkout says booking has closed.

How do I see my puja or havan?
Our crew films your ritual at the temple and live streams it when the mountain network allows. When it finishes, we email you the full video to download. It also sits under My events.
Why is my video late?
Landslides, snowstorms and heavy rain can cut the network in the mountains. Our crew still films the whole ritual and uploads it as soon as they are back in the studio. We tell you about the delay on WhatsApp and by email.
What if the ritual isn't performed?
