Please read this disclaimer before you book a havan, puja, satsang, sermon or meditation session on Aum Fe. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1.Faith and tradition
Aum Fe makes spiritual and devotional practices possible as per Hindu tradition. Every havan, puja, satsang, sermon and meditation session, every chadhava offering and every prasad we send is provided for religious and cultural purposes only.
Our priests perform each ritual with full devotion, following the traditional vidhi. What a ritual brings into your life is a matter of your personal faith and belief.
2.Only positive rituals
Everything we perform is sattvic, peaceful and positive — prayers for blessings, peace, good health, prosperity, protection of the family, gratitude, new beginnings and the memory of loved ones. Our offerings are pure: ghee, havan samagri, grains, flowers, fruits, sweets, incense and holy water. Aum Fe never performs, arranges or promotes:
- Animal sacrifice (bali) of any kind, or any ritual that hurts, kills or harms an animal.
- Offerings of meat, blood or alcohol, or any other tamasic offering.
- Black magic, tantrik "totke", vashikaran, maran, uchchatan or any ritual meant to harm, punish, control or influence another person against their will.
- Exorcism, "removal" of spirits, ghosts or curses, or any claim to cast or break a spell.
- Human sacrifice, self-harm, or any practice that puts a person's body, health or dignity at risk.
- Rituals that damage nature — we use natural samagri and keep the sacred fire safe and contained.
- Anything that is against the law in India, including laws against cruelty to animals and against black magic and inhuman practices.
We apply the same rule to the temples we work with. Our crew performs rituals only at peaceful Himalayan temples of Shiva and Parvati, Vishnu, Ram and Sita, Krishna and the gentle mountain Devis. We do not work with temples known for animal sacrifice or fear-based practices, and we focus on gentle, sattvic traditions rather than rituals for fierce forms. Aum Fe does not run or manage these temples; their pujaris perform the rituals.
We never sell a ritual through fear. We will never tell you that something terrible will happen unless you book, and we never ask you to pay to "remove" a dosha, a curse or evil eye. Every havan and puja on Aum Fe is an act of prayer, gratitude and hope.
3.Your sankalp and wishes
At a havan or puja, the sankalp the pujari recites is offered at the altar for the wellbeing of every devotee and their loved ones. Where a ritual is performed for your family alone, your own sankalp — your name, gotra, family names and wish — is offered for you and your loved ones. A sankalp is a prayer, not an instruction to anyone, and it can only ask for good.
We may decline, or gently reword, a wish that asks for harm, revenge or loss to another person; to control someone's mind, love or marriage; to win something by unfair means; or for anything unlawful, hateful or indecent. If we decline your booking for this reason, you get a full refund.
4.Respect for all
Aum Fe is open to every devotee, whatever their caste, gender, language, region or background, in India and around the world. We respect every faith and tradition, and we never speak against any religion or community. We ask the same respect from everyone who uses our services.
5.No guaranteed results
Aum Fe does not guarantee any specific result or outcome from any havan, puja, sankalp, offering, satsang, sermon or meditation session. The benefits we describe on our event pages and in our Puja & Havan Guide come from the scriptures, traditional beliefs and long-standing practices — and they may vary from person to person.
Aum Fe does not claim to cure any illness or medical condition, to predict the future, to remove black magic, evil eye or curses, or to produce any supernatural result.
6.Not a substitute for professional advice
A ritual is an act of faith, not a treatment or a solution to a practical problem. For any health, financial, legal or personal matter, please seek advice from a qualified professional — a doctor, a financial adviser, a lawyer or a counsellor. Please never stop or delay medical treatment because of a ritual. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services straight away.
7.Traditions and information
Hindu rituals are performed differently in different regions, families and lineages — the mantras, steps, muhurat and samagri can vary. Our priests follow the tradition they were trained in, and it may differ from the one your family follows.
The articles in our Puja & Havan Guide and the descriptions on our event pages are shared for general and devotional understanding. We write them with care, but they are not scholarly or religious rulings, and they may contain mistakes. If you spot one, please tell us.
8.Videos, prasad and offerings
- Videos — the video of your event is sent to you to download after it finishes. Start times and durations are approximate, and a technical, weather or travel problem can delay an event or its video. If we cannot perform your event at all, you get a full refund.
- Prasad — prasad is prepared and packed with care and sent by courier. Delivery times depend on the courier and, for international orders, on customs, so we can't promise a delivery date. Prasad is food: please check the contents if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, and eat it soon after it arrives.
- Chadhava offerings — offerings you choose are offered on your behalf at the ritual and are not returned or sent to you.
9.Using Aum Fe means you agree
By visiting aumfe.com, signing up, booking an event or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and this disclaimer.
If you do not accept or agree with any part of them, please do not use our services. We may end your access to the services if you do not agree to them, or if you misuse them.
10.Changes to our services and terms
We may, at our sole discretion, change or replace any part of our Terms of Service or this disclaimer, or change, suspend or discontinue any part of our services — including any feature, event, content or database — at any time. We will tell you by posting a notice on the site or by sending a message to the email address or phone number linked to your account.
We may also set limits on certain features or restrict your access to part or all of the services. Please check these pages from time to time. If you keep using Aum Fe after a change is posted, it means you accept that change.
11.Limits of our responsibility
Any decision you make in your life, business, health or relationships is yours. To the fullest extent the law allows, Aum Fe and its team are not responsible for any decision you make, or any outcome you expect, because of a ritual, a sankalp or anything you read on our site. Where something goes wrong with a booking, our responsibility is limited to what our Refund Policy and applicable law provide. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
12.Refunds and cancellations
We want every devotee to have a good experience with the havans, pujas, satsangs, sermons and meditation sessions they book. Because our team, priests and venues are arranged in advance, refunds are not automatic — they are made on request, within these notice periods:
- Havan & Puja — cancel at least 24 hours before the start for a full refund.
- Satsang, Sermon & Meditation — cancel at least 3 days before the start for a full refund.
- If we cancel your event, or can't perform it, you get a full refund regardless of notice.
To request a refund, send us your 12-digit UPI transaction number so we can find your payment. Please read our full Refund Policy to understand exactly when refunds are and aren't made.
