Aum Fe

Our temples

The temples we work with, from Haridwar to the high Himalaya.

Aum Fe works with the priests of old, well-loved temples across Uttarakhand and Himachal. Many are small village shrines that most pilgrims never reach. We go there for you, with a camera, so you can take part from home.

How a temple puja reaches you

You don't need to travel. Our team makes the journey on your behalf.

We go to the temple

Our team travels to the temple with a camera crew and works alongside the temple's own priest.

Live streaming for you

We set up live streaming at the altar, so you can watch your puja or havan from home as it happens.

If the internet drops

Mountain networks can fail, at the temple or at your end. We record the full ritual on camera anyway and send you a link to watch or download it.

Prasad the same day

If you chose prasad, we pack it and send it on the day of the puja. Only dry, sealed prasad, so it reaches you fresh.

We add temples as our team builds a relationship with each temple's priests. If you have a family temple in the hills you would like us to visit, write to us at support (@) aumfe.com.

A note about weather in the mountains

Sometimes your video is delayed. Mountain regions often have landslides and snowstorms that cut the network. Do not worry: our team has filmed the whole ritual and will upload it as soon as they are back in the studio. When this happens, we tell you about the delay on WhatsApp and by email.

For the same reason, your prasad courier can be delayed too. Please keep rain, snow, landslides and other natural events in mind when you book.

Prasad that survives the journey

Prasad travels from the hills to your door by courier, sometimes across the world. So we choose it carefully.

What we send

  • Dry prasad such as mishri, elaichi dana and dry fruits
  • Roli, chandan, moli and akshat from the altar
  • Rudraksh, and vibhuti or bhasma where the temple offers it
  • Everything sealed and packed so nothing leaks or breaks

What we don't send

  • Wet sweets, such as peda, laddoo made with milk, or halwa
  • Fresh fruit and fresh flowers
  • Anything made with milk, curd or ghee that can spoil
  • Liquids such as Gangajal in open bottles

Shipped the same dayYour prasad leaves the temple on the day of your puja. Delivery time depends on where you live.

Our temple promise

We work only with positive temples: Shiva and Parvati, Vishnu, Ram and Sita, Krishna and the gentle Himalayan Devis. We stay away from temples known for animal sacrifice, fear or dark practices. Our team visits every temple and meets its pujari before it joins this list, and a fair share of every booking goes to the temple, its pujari and his village.

Your charawa stays with the deity

What you offer at the altar, such as chadhava, vastra, coconut, flowers or dakshina, is given to the deity during your puja. By tradition it stays at the temple. Charawa is not returned to you and cannot be refunded once the puja has been performed.

Common questions

Who performs the puja at the temple?

The temple's own priest. Our team looks after the camera, the live streaming and sending your prasad.

What happens if the live stream stops?

Networks in the hills can drop, at the temple or at your end. We record every ritual in full, so if the stream breaks we send you a link to watch or download the complete video.

Can I choose the temple?

Each event is performed at the temple named on its event page. Pick the event at the temple you feel close to.

Why is my video late?

Landslides, snowstorms and heavy rain can cut the network in the mountains. Our crew still films the whole ritual and uploads it as soon as they are back in the studio. We tell you about the delay on WhatsApp and by email.

When will my prasad arrive?

We send it on the day of the puja. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier, and mountain weather such as rain, snow or landslides can delay it.

Can I get my charawa back or refunded?

No. Charawa is offered to the deity during your puja and stays at the temple by tradition, so it is not returned or refunded.

Temple names are shown so you know where your ritual is performed. Aum Fe is not the temple's management and makes no claims of guaranteed outcomes.
